For lessees of Technopolis, we will grant a discount of 20% on the charge for the meeting premises.

Terms of cancellation

By canceling the sauna premises six (6) weekdays before the set date, you can ensure that the cancellation is free of charge. If the sauna premises are cancelled five (5) weekdays before the set date, the full price for the sauna premises will be charged.

By canceling the meeting premises three (3) weekdays before the meeting date, you can ensure that the cancellation is free of charge. If the meeting premises are cancelled two (2) weekdays before the meeting date, half of the price for the meeting premises will be charged. If the meeting premises are cancelled one (1) weekday before the meeting date, the full price for the meeting premises will be charged. 

The daily deadline for cancellations is 2:00 p.m. If the last day to cancel coincides with a weekend, the correct last day will be the previous Friday.
