For lessees of Technopolis, we will grant a discount of 20% on the charge for the meeting premises
Terms of cancellation
Reservations for negotiation rooms must be canceled two (2) weekdays before the event. Reservations for the auditorium, Sky 1 and 7th Heaven must be canceled at least one (1) week before the event. Cancellations made at a later date will be invoiced normally.
The reserving party is responsible for the appropriate use of the equipment and premises, and any wilful damage.
We reserve the right to make any changes.
