Technopolis Ülemiste is located next to Tallinn Airport and near the Ülemiste intersection and Ülemiste railway station. Along Tartu Highway, it takes about 5-10 minutes by car from Technopolis Ülemiste to City Centre (Viru Square is 3.6 km away).

Communication with the outside world is simple thanks to the vicinity of Tallinn Airport – there is a direct road to the airport from Technopolis Ülemiste; the stroll takes approximately 5 minutes.

There are two free big Parking Lots in Technopolis Ülemiste.

Zappi Conference Center located in Technopolis Ülemiste (Zappi house, Lõõtsa 6, Entrance "A" or “D´, second floor) provides inspiring environment with versatile options, technical solutions and pleasant service.

We provide you with VIP room for 10 people or seminar room for 30-70 people (depending on layout).

We take care of all technical conditions for business meetings, gatherings or courses in working environment. Coffee breaks can be arranged at your will. Tea, coffee and delicious snack can be ordered direct to the seminar room from CityPlats restaurant located at the ground level. Tables can be booked in the restaurant for a decent business lunch.
