According to information received, the proportion of Technopolis

Plc’s share capital and votes held by Gazit-Globe Ltd (register

number 52-0033234), Tel Aviv, Israel, has decreased under one

twentieth (5 %) as a result of share transaction carried out on

December 12th, 2008. The proportion of Technopolis Plc’s share

capital and votes controlled by Gazit-Globe Ltd is below 5 %

respectively.



The share capital of Technopolis Plc totals EUR 96,913,626

divided into 57,345,341 shares with a counter-book value of EUR

1.69.
