CORRECTION TO SUBSCRIPTION PRICE OF TECHNOPOLIS 2005B STOCK OPTIONS



There has been an error regarding the subscription price of

Technopolis Plc’s 2005B stock options on page 64 in the company’s

annual report covering the financial year 2008 and in the

company’s stock exchange release on 2 June 2008 regarding the

listing of the options. The correct subscription price of the

2005B stock options is currently EUR 6.193 per share, taking into

account the EUR 0.12 dividend per share which was decided upon on

26 March 2009. There has been no trading with the 2005B stock

options on the OMX Nordic Exchange nor have any shares in the

company been subscribed for with the options.
