Technopolis Oulu City Center extension under planning
Planning and marketing of the second stage of Technopolis Oulu City Center is under way.

The second-stage building is planned to measure some 8,300 m2, with premises being reserved in size order. The ground floor will feature plenty of new business premises and cover about 1,700 m2. Big office premises will be reserved for bigger firms with about 20-100 employees and one floor will be designed for the needs of smaller companies.

The impressive first-stage office building, measuring some 10,600 m2, was completed in summer 2006 and now hosts about 40 companies employing about 400 people. The building is located, as the name implies, in the Oulu city center – just two blocks away from Rotuaari, the main shopping street. The facility offers all the comprehensive Technopolis services, and parking is conveniently arranged in a public parking garage under the building.
