Every year, thousands of different events are organized in our technology centers in Espoo, Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Lappeenranta, Oulu, Tampere and Vantaa. Premises are rentable to all, not only to Technopolis customers. Our milieu provides an elegant and functional setting for negotiations, exhibitions and festivities. The premises and services can be modified to suit the occasion — be it a customer meeting, sauna evening or dinner party.
 
The service package includes all the elements required before, during and after the event. Such packages may include sending out invitations, compiling seminar material, receiving guests and showing them into the premises, catering during meetings, secretarial services during meetings as well as processing feedback with the customer after the event.
 
We can offer more than 100 different venue alternatives. The size of meeting facilities ranges from conference rooms accommodating a few people only to an auditorium for more then one hundred persons.
