Technopolis operates in six countries in Northern Europe: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Russia and Lithuania. The company’s goal is to grow in the Nordics and Baltic Rim and in the service business.
Finland is the largest market segment for Technopolis and its home country. The company was established in Oulu in 1982. Today it has operations in seven cities.
Technopolis expanded to Sweden in July 2016 by acquiring a campus in Gothenburg. The campus is located in Gårda district, with a 15-minute walk to the central station and 25km from the Landvetter airport.
Technopolis owns 51 percent of the IT Fornebu campus, which is located in an old airport area in the growing western fringe of Oslo. The company expanded to Norway in December 2013.
Technopolis Plc owns 51 percent of Technopolis Ülemiste, which operates an office campus next to Tallinn airport. The company expanded to Estonia in 2010.
Technopolis expanded to St. Petersburg in 2008. The campus has an excellent location right next to the Pulkovo international airport.
In Vilnius, Lithuania, Technopolis owns an office campus which consists of three properties. The company expanded to Lithuania in 2013.
