Real Estate Operations

Technopolis’ campuses are located in growth centers. Technopolis often builds its campuses around one or two anchor customers, such as large companies or public sector players.

Small and medium-sized enterprises then have an important role as engines of growth. In the Technopolis concept, a shared workspace translates into shared offices, shared service infrastructure, and other shared office areas, such as cafés and conference rooms. Technopolis has been an ambassador of the shared economy approach since its inception in 1982.

The Technopolis concept is fully scalable and it stems first from campus design, then goes further to floor planning and to the individual office concept, and lastly, finalizing it by giving the spaces a common look and feel. Furthermore, scalability extends throughout the entire business model, as Technopolis operates the campuses like a centralized chain, from development to sales, procurement and service deployment. Another key ingredient to the Technopolis concept is the hands-on customer experience management. All Technopolis clients have only a single contact person for any service or any other request they may have.

According to our strategy, we will pursue growth mainly organically by expanding our existing campuses, and through service expansion, but also through acquisitions.
