Technopolis as an Investment

Technopolis is a Finnish real estate company. It owns, operates and develops offices in the Baltic Rim and Scandinavia. It has operations in six countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Russia and Lithuania. The Technopolis share (TPS1V) is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange.

More than Squares

Technopolis differentiates itself from competitors with targeted and tailored services, an in-house sales force, a standardized concept, geographical reach and customer orientation. The company offers its customers more than just square meters. It offers the Technopolis experience. Technopolis has three types of services: workplace, work life, and community services. All services are designed to meet customer needs in a scalable way: for example, space can be rented from one workstation to thousands of square meters. Even the smallest customers matter.
An essential part of our concept is standardization. We have defined Technopolis standards and follow them carefully. We want our customers to get the same Technopolis experience at all our 17 campuses, in all the 11 cities in the six countries.

Profitable Growth

In order to scale up the benefits of the standardized business concept, the company has a strategy of international expansion in targeted growth areas.  All acquisitions have to meet the company’s stringent investment criteria and to generate profitable growth for the group. In 2013, Technopolis expanded into Norway and Lithuania. In 2016, the company expanded to Sweden.
