We advise all our customers to be considerate of others and putting extra effort on washing hands frequently and sneezing and coughing correctly. We use various on-campus communication channels to remind our customers, partners and own staff on the importance of this. There are good facilities on all of our campuses to wash hands with soap and water. In addition, we have hand sanitizer available in the reception area in all of our buildings.

We will keep our Reception Services up and running and make sure that you can reach us via phone, email or service channel when needed. We will change our reception opening hours for the following weeks. We will inform all our customers about the new opening hours. The updated opening hours can be found here.

We ask all companies that do NOT have employees present / have closed your office to notify us.

Technopolis, together with its cleaning partners, will ensure the cleaning is done properly in our campuses. We follow the cleaning instructions provided by the authorities and have decided to enhance the cleaning of common spaces on all our campuses for now. This means:

  • Disinfection of all the doorknobs and buttons in elevators in the common spaces (entrances, communicating doors and common toilets)
  • Disinfection of receptions desks
  • Extra cleaning of common toilets (especially toilets nearby reception)

Customers can also order extra cleaning services to their offices from us.

In connection with fewer employees in our buildings, as well as customers who have closed their offices, we have reduced the operating hours of ventilation on some of our campuses. We will inform our customers about the operating hours of ventilation separately.
