New Sustainability Targets and EPRA Silver Label
Technopolis has updated its sustainability strategy for 2011 – 2016 by adding new sustainability targets, updating reached targets and extending it until 2020. The company was awarded a silver label by EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) for using its Sustainability Best Practise Recommendations for reporting in 2014.

The updated targets of our sustainability strategy are to reduce energy consumption by 12%, water consumption by 35%, CO2 emissions by 60% and a waste utilization ratio of at least 75% in waste management. New goals in the strategy include promoting on-site renewable energy projects, using sustainability criteria in acquisitions and creating a charity policy.
