Technopolis is hosting the seventh MoneyTalks™ Forum event on May 20, 2010 at
Innopoli 2 in Espoo Finland. This unique event gives international venture
capital investors a fast track to meet the top knowledge-intensive start-ups
and growth companies in Finland. The event features key note speeches by Cisco
and industry expert Emily Nagle Green of Yankee Group, short pitches by
pre-selected companies, and matchmaking of interested parties using pre-booked
one-to-one meetings.

The spring 2010 event features Cisco, a company which enjoys a long history of
creating market growth through investments. Direct investing and investment
partnerships allow Cisco to gain visibility, knowledge and experience in new
technologies and markets. Cisco actively invests in all major technology
segments on a global basis. U.S. and global market investments are also
critical to their strategy. Cisco Investor Relations was named the Best
Investor Relations-Technology for 2010 by IR Magazine. Esa Korvenmaa, General
Manager of Cisco Finland notes that “While our U.S. investments remain strong,
global markets are also critical to our overall strategy, with global
investments representing a significant portion of our $2 billion portfolio to
date. Major markets such as China, India, Israel, and Europe have been key
areas for Cisco's active equity investment over many years.” Cisco will be
giving the first keynote speech at the event.

The second keynote speaker will be communications technology and research
veteran Emily Nagle Green, the president and CEO of the Boston-based Yankee
Group who is chartered with continuing Yankee Group's leadership in navigating
the global connectivity revolution. She sits on the Board of Directors for
Yankee Group. Green is the author of the book ANYWHERE: How Global Connectivity
is Revolutionizing the Way We Do Business, published in December 2009, which
offers an unprecedented road map for how ubiquitous connectivity will impact
our lives.

The MoneyTalks™ Forum event also gives a pre-selected group of start-ups and
growth companies the opportunity to present pitches to the international
audience of venture capitalists, financiers and angel investors and
corporations. These will include both one-minute pitches as well as longer
seven-minute pitches.

The MoneyTalks™ Marketplace event, which takes place in the afternoon, is a
much awaited and very valuable feature of the Forum, giving participating
high-tech and technology-based start-up and growth companies and venture
capitalists, financiers, angel investors and corporations a chance to meet
face-to-face during pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings. This matchmaking
component has been an important part of the event since 2006, and is highly
anticipated by our event participants.

“Organizing and facilitating potentially game-changing encounters is
tremendously valuable for start-ups,” says Will Cardwell, Head of Aalto
University Center for Entrepreneurship at Aalto University and Technopolis
Ventures board member, “The opportunity to meet with several interesting
companies within a short timeframe is clearly an appealing format to investors
as well, as it is often difficult to find the time to meet with all interesting
companies individually.” The May 2009 event generated over 200 individual
meetings in just 2.5 hours, while the November 2009 event generated more than
320 individual meetings.

This year, Cisco has also expressed interest in meeting with Finnish start-ups
and growth companies from the networking, data center and collaboration sectors
(voice, video, social media) during the Marketplace event.

Following the MoneyTalks events at Innopoli 2, the event also includes an
evening Networking Reception to be held at the U.S. Embassy in Helsinki, where
the discussions will continue.

Members of the Press are welcome to participate in the MoneyTalks™ Forum.
Participating journalists will be able to enjoy the key note speeches and
pitches, as well as opportunity to interview or keynote speakers.
