Technopolis Signs 1,500 Sqm Agreement with Paroc for Ruoholahti 2

Technopolis has signed a lease with Paroc Group. The customer will lease approximately 1,500 square meters from the Technopolis Ruoholahti campus, in Helsinki. The deal will raise the Ruoholahti 2 pre-let rate to 77%.

– We screened for several options and selected Technopolis. They can provide energy efficient and modern premises in addition to a service concept which ultimately turned the bid their way, says Paroc Group CEO Kari Lehtinen.

Technopolis CEO Keith Silverang is satisfied with the deal and the recognition given to the service concept.

– The Technopolis’ service concept differentiates us from competitors. Bringing Paroc into the Ruoholahti campus will not only bring us closer to full occupancy, but add also a valuable new element to the campus community, states Keith Silverang.
