TECHNOPOLIS ST.PETERSBURG ANNOUNCES FOUR NEW CUSTOMERS FOR NEW PULKOVO CENTER

Technopolis St. Petersburg LLC has signed four new agreements for the new
Pulkovo center in St. Petersburg.

Three new tenants of the new Technopolis Pulkovo center are well-known
international companies working in the industrial automation, industrial
packaging, and concrete mixing equipment sectors: FlexLink Systems (Sweden),
MultiVac Rus (Germany) and Wiggert (Germany).

“We began our cooperation with Technopolis two years ago and we can say that we
are extremely satisfied with it. Especially important for us is their
customer-oriented attitude, friendly atmosphere and high level of
professionalism in every aspect. We recommend Technopolis to any demanding
customer”, says Roman Skrok, Managing Director, FlexLink Systems.

The fourth deal was signed with Sodexho EuroAsia, who will also operate the
Pulkovo Center restaurant. Sodexho will have both a restaurant and its own
office space in the building.

The occupancy of the Pulkovo center has now reached 11% (2140 m2) with these
new agreements. Considering the local customer habit of waiting for
commissioning before signing leases in Russia, Technopolis management sees this
level of occupancy at this stage as a positive sign.

Peter Coachman, Director of Russian Operations for Technopolis, says:”The
importance of these deals is in the fact that companies sign binding leases
well before the building is commissioned. It demonstrates their belief in
Technopolis' ability to finish construction on time and with the promised
quality, as well as their desire to lock in present rent rates, which will
bring them significant savings”. Technopolis CEO Keith Silverang agrees. “I
would also add that this appears to vindicate our decision to continue with
Pulkovo despite the economic crisis and supports our view that Pulkovo will be
successful”, says Silverang.
